Supper Club

The restaurant will be a casual and social affair, open every Friday evening with the menu changing monthly and our cooking will be rooted in provenance and seasonality above all. Working with local suppliers and presenting their passion and dedication on the table with simplicity, flavour, and technique.                          

 

We’re going to the source and shortening the gap between the field and the kitchen showcasing farm to table cooking in the heart of the Weald of Kent.

There will be a small but comprehensive wine list, pouring diverse and fun wines from small batches to much loved favourites, champagne to Pet nat, old world reds and new world whites, plus local brews from some of Kent's best microbreweries.

The bar will be open from 7pm and dinner will begin at 7.45pm finishing around 10:30pm.

Please let us know in advance of any dietaries or allergens as we only prepare for our reservations.

Dinner is priced at £75 per head.

A Payment link will be a coupe of days before your reservation to confirm your booking.

Drinks will be paid for on the night.

Allergies and dietary requirements

We ask that you let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can safely cater for you at Chart. Please note that we are only able to cater for medical allergies and dietary requirements and are unable to accommodate preferences.

Restaurant cancellations

In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for the full payment of your dinner reservation, this excludes alcohol and beverages on the evening. 

We ask that you inform us with the maximum amount of notice should you wish to cancel or reduce your booking.

In the event of a cancellation of a table within 48 hours prior to arrival, we must reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the dinner should we be unable to rebook your table.

This also includes `no shows` on the day of your booking.
