Three Sisters & The Newt in Somerset
‘Three Sisters’ & ‘The Newt in Somerset’ are coming together for a special collaboration dinner at Chart farm on Wednesday 22nd March.
With spring nearly hear and the apple orchards about to burst into blossom we’ve been working on a celebratory supper with our friends at Newt to host a dinner with us at Chart farm. Three sisters will be doing the cooking and Greg Carnell the cellar master joining us to pour and talk through cyder pairings.
The menu as always is seasonal and showcasing produce from the Weald, which shall be paired with some delicious cyders produced by Greg and his team in Somerset.
From cocktails, fine and ice cyders, venison from Chart, foraged ingredients from the woodlands and vegetables and herbs our market garden.
The Newt in Somerset is the most beautiful estate, and this is the first time they’ve done anything outside of the hotel, we hope you can join us for a wonderful evening of food and drink.
Tickets are limited and will be priced at £70 per head which also includes all your drinks for the evening too. Doors will open from 7pm with seats being taken at 7.30pm, carriages 10pm.
Dietaries and allergens must be made aware of at time of booking.

Allergies and dietary requirements
We ask that you let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can safely cater for you at Chart. Please note that we are only able to cater for medical allergies and dietary requirements and are unable to accommodate preferences.

Restaurant cancellations
In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for the full payment of your dinner reservation, this excludes alcohol and beverages on the evening.
We ask that you inform us with the maximum amount of notice should you wish to cancel or reduce your booking.
In the event of a cancellation of a table within 48 hours prior to arrival, we must reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the dinner should we be unable to rebook your table.
This also includes `no shows` on the day of your booking.
